Set to calming music, you’ll practice postures and pranayama that will recalibrate your entire body. At the end of this practice, you’ll feel rested and ready to reengage with the world.

A flow to wind down before bed

It’s not always easy to get into a restful state before bed. This practice from Yoginimelbourne uses a bolster and restorative postures to help you completely surrender to sleep. You’ll linger in these poses for a little longer than a typical vinyasa flow (around one minute to two minutes), allowing you—and your physical body—to feel completely at ease.
